Louise Weard is a multi-hyphenate filmmaker with a degree in film semiotics. Hailing from Western Canada, she shocked the underground horror community with her breakout body-horror featurette Computer Hearts and established CyberCraft Video with her life and filmmaking partner, Dionne Copland, in 2016. If you spot her at a film festival, grab a drink and come share stories of haunted indie film productions and partake in conversations running the gamut of esoteric subjects. She has been obsessed with deeply personal movies that push the envelope for as long as she can remember, which culminated in her winning a Most Fearless Performance Award in 2015 for her short film “S.I.D.S.”
